Simple Fitness Routine
I strive to move my body daily. My routine is straightforward that I do variable numbers of push-ups, squats and stretches, followed by a brief run or brisk walk. It’s 20 to 30 minutes, but it really energizes me for the day. Exercise clears my head. “When I am stressed, I ring the doorbell and head outdoors, breathe, and start at a slow pace,” Cheng says. I'm not chasing big numbers. I’m all about incremental improvements – one more set, one more minute, one more good habit.”
And when I can tell apart the different odor; sleep earlier and drink more water. These are little decisions that cumulatively help my mood and study. Physical fitness isn’t just for looks — it’s for your health, discipline, and confidence. After my morning workout, I settle in to learn with a clearer mind.
